April & C. was born from the meeting of a passion for fashion and couture, as well as a real desire to preserve our environment. The brand's desire is to offer ethical, sustainable, but also feminine and refined clothing.
Who is behind the brand
From a deep need for change was born in Chloé the desire to create April & C: to move towards a profession of passion, to reconnect with the satisfaction of manual work, to find meaning...
It was with materials from her two grandmothers, as well as lessons taught by a seamstress, that she began the adventure. Then, in-depth training in pattern making/pattern making allows Chloé to bring the clothes she imagines to life!!
Ecological and social commitment
A sincerely ecological approach is at the heart of April & C's DNA. Everything is done to offer clothing with the lowest possible environmental impact:
Clothing is almost all biodegradable: natural materials for fabrics and haberdashery, cotton threads and labels.
The production is 100% French. April & C has developed a relationship of trust with a small workshop, which makes all its collections.
Whenever possible, fabrics and accessories are made in France or in nearby countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Austria).
The brand's favorite fabrics are certified organic cotton, linen, Tencel™ and EcoVero™ viscose: materials that are particularly environmentally friendly.
April & C produces in small quantities, as needed, to avoid any unnecessary stock.
