INSTANT PAYMENT BY BANK CARD
The Clother site accepts the majority of bank cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged immediately for the amount of your order.
INSTANT PAYMENT BY TWINT
Clother also offers you the TWINT online payment solution. When finalizing your order, you can choose TWINT, and are then redirected to their interface where a QR code will allow you to finalize the payment.
“TRY FIRST, PAY LATER” with TWINT
If you choose TWINT as your payment method, you now have the option of "Try first, pay later". Therefore, you are not immediately debited for the amount of your order. You have time to receive your order, try on your items, and return what does not suit you, before paying.
REFUND
Within 48 hours after the return collection date, and after verification of the returned items, the CLOTHER team closes your order, and reimburses you, if applicable, for items not kept, as well as delivery costs (6.90CHF) if your final order exceeds 200CHF.
If you have not returned your returns to us, and without news from you, within the allotted time (14 days after receipt of the order), CLOTHER will debit you the total value of your order.
In the event that items kept are defective, damaged, soiled, or with missing elements (label for example), CLOTHER may debit you for the amount of these items.
