Your order is prepared within 48 hours for standard shipping by post. In the event of an exceptional delay, we will notify you by email.

Delivery is charged at 6.90CHF. These costs are
refunded if your final order (after returns) exceeds 200CHF.

Collect in store

7 partner stores act as relay points for Clother (3 in Geneva, 1 in Nyon, 3 in Lausanne). Delivery is free there.

Clother delivers there every 2 weeks (next delivery date indicated next to the name of the store when choosing delivery).

You can also collect your order free of charge from the Clother offices in Plan-les-Ouates. A fitting room is even available to you. The order is ready within 48 hours, and we will then contact you to set up an appointment.

Returns

You have 14 days to return items you do not wish to keep.

For orders received at home, a return label (free) is available in your parcel, so that you can return articles to us.

For in-store pick-up, the parcel with the returned items must be dropped off in the same store.

Several payment solutions are offered to you

Try first, pay later

This solution is possible via the TWINT payment module. When choosing a payment method, if you choose TWINT, you can opt for the "Pay later" option in the TWINT app. You will then not be debited straight away, but only for the final amount of your order after any returns.

Instant payment by credit card

We accept most bank cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express).

Any reimbursement for returns is made within 72 hours after receipt and control of the returns.

Instant payment by TWINT

The Twint solution is also available for instant payment. A QR code is created at the end of the order, allowing you to make payment.

Instant payment with GOOGLE PAY and APPLE PAY

New solution at Clother, you can pay with Google Pay and Apple Pay.
